Bio

Biography

Stelios is an international Dance Aerobic & Step presenter from Greece, well known for his unique classes, presentation and teaching skills.

He has been involved in fitness and aerobics field for many years and he has graduated from the university of Athens, department of Physical Education and Sports Science, expertized in Health, Fitness & Sports medicine. He has also education in various styles of dance and is professional modern theater dancer certified from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (I.S.T.D).

His passion about his job and effort, gave him the chance, from his first year as international presenter/mastertrainer to teach, motivate and share his knowledge with people in many countries around Europe and Asia.

Stelios is currently cooperating with fitness organizations around the world in many countries like Spain, Poland, Austria, Israel, Bulgaria, Greece, Thailand and more.

In 2011 he was chosen to be presenter for Move Ya!, the world's biggest fitness music company and his first cd "Dance Sensation - Stelios Kon" was released!

After a having great time at Eilat Summer convention in Israel, i am very happy to be back at the Dead Sea winter convention, that is organized again by Tammy Kiss Acamedy and the Wingate Institute in February 2012!

Dna Hi Low Step freestyle:

The ideal class for freestyle step maniacs! Flawless break down methodology and new didactic tricks are again the main ingredients of this class. The participants will experience many different ways to create symmetric, asymmetric or mixed choreography with flow and also smart tricks that will make the class more challenging and increase the fun.

Dna Dance Aerobic freestyle:

Dance aerobic class with Stelio's signature:

Dance moves and stylized hi low steps, combined with the right didactic methods and the hottest club music create a class full of movement, rhythm and excitement. Performing track at the end of the session which matches the choreography turn this cardio workout to a dance show!

Dna Dance Step freestyle:

You love step & dance? Then this is the class for you! Mixed Asymmetric & symmetric choreography , stylized steps and dance moves properly inserted. Always using the latest didactic methods and tricks.There is also a performing track at the end of the class which will raise the fun!

Dna Fitness Dance freestyle:

This is an alternative cardio workout! Pure dance class full of unique moves rhythm and energy !Different styles of dance are used (like street, jazz, house, latin, funky) to create the choreography. Stay fit while dancing!

A total body workout that combines exercises that also used at Pilates method, core training, Modern dance & stretching techniques. Targets not only the big muscles but also the muscles that support the spine, pelvis and shoulder joints.
